Hey there!
My name is Andreas Christou and I’m here to guide you to eat healthy, lose weight and change your nutrition – permanently!
I finished my bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics at the European University of Cyprus and currently finishing my master’s degree in Applied (Clinical) Nutrition, which focuses heavily on diet-related diseases such as diabetes, kidney disease and many others.
I’m currently located in Cyprus and I’ve been working as a professional nutritionist and dietitian since 2018, having coached hundreds of clients locally.
Aside from that, I’ve been working on myself and my personal nutrition issues for over a decade now and have first-hand experience with most obstacles people face when trying to lose weight and eat healthy.
I’m also heavily involved in recreational powerlifting and strength training.
My goal is to help you change your diet, maintain a healthy weight and achieve all your nutrition goals – permanently! No quick diets! No band-aid solutions!

Why do we struggle with our weight?
Weight loss should be a relatively straightforward process – eat a healthy diet (for the most part) and exercise and boom! Healthy weight achieved!
But while the principle might be simple, the process itself is anything but easy for the most of us.
You see the reality of the situation is that, the majority of people that are trying to lose weight and stay healthy, are approaching the matter from the wrong angle.
Everyone is always looking for the next “thing” that’ll give them hope that this time they’ll be successful, whether it’s keto, high protein, paleo, intermittent fasting, intuitive eating and many more. Everyone’s looking for the thing that works.
What you need to realize is that many things work – if you make them work!
At the end of the day, staying fit and healthy is something that you build up to, not something that you blindly follow!
